Investment Opportunity in Northern Maldives

The Maldives government is seeking bid proposals to lease, develop, operate and manage a tourist hotel in the northern region of Maldives.The land allocated for the development of the tourist hotel is a plot of 132,000 square feet of land in the island of Manadhoo in Noonu atoll.Interested parties are invited to send an email to planning@tourism.gov.mv before 2pm on 17 February 2021 with their name, email address and phone number, requesting to register for the information session.
