HDC Opens Opportunities for Boutique Hotel Development in Hulhumalé

Housing Development Cooperation (HDC) is inviting expressions of interest (EOI) for three boutique hotels in the integrated tourism zone of Hulhumalé Phase 2.

The corporation prefers proposals based on a land lease model and will prioritize such arrangements during the selection process. If multiple parties express interest, the project will be awarded to the most complete proposal. Evaluation criteria include the proposed business model, operator experience, and CSR initiatives.

Interested parties are encouraged to submit their EOIs via email to business@hdc.mv by 2:00 pm on 1st September 2024.
