Government introduces the Regulations on Development and Management of Integrated Tourist Resorts

On 08 October 2023, the government introduced a new regulation called Regulations on Development and Management of Integrated Tourist Resorts (Regulations).

 

Bearing its official citation as 2023/R-163, the Regulations having almost 30 pages consisting of 10 chapters covers a wide array of subjects such as license renewal and development of integrated tourist resort in inhabited islands.
