The Regulation on Small and Medium Enterprises

The Ministry of Economic Development (MED) has published the Regulation on Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) effective from 5 December 2021.The Business Center Corporation (BCC) is the official establishment driving the governments’ SME support efforts under the direction of the MED.The Regulation lists the responsibilities and duties of the BCC and highlights that BCC shall conduct workshops and programs to educate and assist with business development.
