Madivaru Airport Commences Operations

The brand new Madivaru Airport in Lhaviyani Atoll will make access to resorts more efficient and time saving. Flights to and from Male’s Velana International Airport to Madivaru Airport will take just 25 minutes and operate throughout the night. This will provide resorts and guests an alternative transfer option for travel apart from seaplanes that fly during the day.

National airline Maldivian will begin flying on 18 February 2022.
