16 land plots up for sale from Hulhumale' Phase 2

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has opened 16 land plots for sale in Hulhumale' Phase 2 beachfront and beachside areas. Beachfront plots range from 1,096 to 3,252 square feet and are priced between MVR 4.9 million to MVR 14.6 million. Beachside plots are priced between 1,441 and 3,380 square feet. The sale is exclusively for Maldivian nationals aged 18 and above and locally owned companies. Bidding will be conducted through HDC's portal.
