Submission of Companies Annual Documents

Ministry of Economic Development (MED) has made an announcement on the due date for submission of companies annual accounts, directors report and audit reports for the year 2019.Under the Companies Act of Maldives (96/10), all companies registered under this Act are required to submit these documents to the Registrar of Companies (RoC) every year.Pursuant to the announcement, MED has requested that all company annual accounts, directors reports and audit reports be submitted to the Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA) by 16 August 2020.For the Gazette announcement: https://bit.ly/2CR8eYp
