Lease Rent Deferred for Tourist Establishments

The Ministry of Tourism has published a Circular on the Government's decision to defer the lease rent of tourist establishments. This decision comes with the purpose of providing financial aid to overcome the economic crisis caused by the pandemic.The Circular sets out deadlines for payment of the deferred lease rents which have been divided into four quarterly payments, with the first quarterly payment due by 30 June 2021.Any late payments of the deferred lease rents will be met with applicable fines and interests.For the Circular: https://bit.ly/3ihZta3
