Dissolution of Companies by the Registrar

Ministry of Economic Development (MED) has published an announcement on the dissolution of  companies decided by the Registrar of Companies. The companies had been elected for dissolution by the power granted to the Registrar under section 75 of the Maldives Companies Act.The announcement states that a total of 4924 companies have been dissolved by the Registrar in accordance with the Regulation on the Dissolution of Companies by the Registrar of Companies (2019/R-1034).For further clarifications regarding this announcement, queries can be emailed to liquidation@trade.gov.mv.List of dissolved companies: https://bit.ly/2W0wRII
