Covid-19: Deferment of Rent Payment Extended by HDC for June and July

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has announced that the 30% deferment on all rent payments have been extended for June and July.

As stated in the HDC released press statement, deferment on rent payments will be applicable when tenants request for the deferment before 31st of July.

Tenants are to fill the online application form in HDC’s main Hulhumalé web portal to request for the deferment.
