AID FROM IMF AND INDIA ENSURES EASIER ACCESSIBILITY TO FOREIGN CURRENCY

- MMA has stated that aid from IMF and India, ensures easier access to foreign currency, to import essentials, including food and medical equipment.- The Gross International Reserve of Maldives by March 2020, was USD 741.4 million. However, this amount has increased to USD 882.6 million, by 27 April 2020.
