Membership Regulation for Institute of Chartered Accounts

The government has published the 'Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Maldives Membership Regulation 2020'. The Regulation will come into force on 1 January 2021 and applies to all individuals who are admitted to the Institute.The Regulation divides the members of the institute into two classes, established as Associate Members and Fellow Members, and provides the members' rights and obligations. Furthermore, it also sets forth the eligibility criteria for all individuals, Maldivians and foreigners, interested in applying for membership.The Institute will commence accepting applications for membership on the date of enforcement.For the Regulation: https://bit.ly/3rid05W
